Across the Globe, a Little Girl Gives Thanks

“I Have a Mama and Papa!”
Across the Globe, a Little Girl Gives Thanks

Remember Ruth? We asked you to pray for her back in September. Four years ago when she was born in Southeast Asia, she had no relatives who wanted her and her future seemed uncertain.

That changed when Ruth went to live with a Christian foster family who decided they wanted to keep her permanently. But they lacked the necessary funds.

Thanks to your prayers and some generous gifts, Ruth is now officially part of that family! She loves playing with her brother and three sisters in her new home and delights in going to kindergarten each day. Her future is as bright as her smile, her new life full of late-night giggling with her siblings, hugs and kisses from her parents, and studying her favorite subjects in school. It cannot be understated how different Ruth’s life will be now. On this Thanksgiving Day we are thankful that you cared enough to pray Ruth into a loving family. May your celebrations today be truly blessed!
